I TOTALLY agree with all the other reviews....DON'T DO IT!! They are all rude and nasty, act like your bothering them. I needed something notarized and the women said she needed more paperwork???? Yeah ok, so off I went the the currency exchange on Lexington and Lake Cook (I always seem to forget they are there) super nice over there. When I was telling the girl about the bad experience at the other even a women in line said I NEVER go there anymore!

No stars isn't an option. Which I would give this place. Theyre all rude. Worst service ever. If it wasn't because the currency ' s services, I'm sure no one would go to them. Hope this place closes down soon. No need of people like these working with the public. Fyi.. I'm hispanic. The hispanic lady is just the RUDEST to Hispanics. She's no type of help. Mouthing off all the time.

this is not only the worst run currency exchange in America but the worst run business. long lines, rude tellers, and unscheduled breaks for the workers creating less windows are the norm here wouldn't cash a check of mine from a job I was cashing checks for a year here because I DIDNT SIGN IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. I had ID. DO NOT...REPEAT DO NOT give them any business

TERRIBLE "SERVICE" this has to be one of the most backward and possibly most racist places I have ever seen. They are arrogant and ignorant- and will not properly help you unless you are Hispanic. Go in and see for yourself -if you dare.

At this facility, we attempted on five different times to transfer the car sticker and plates out of our name and into our 18y/o's- which is legally (titled to her) her car- Each time they acted like we were supposed to know all the 'ins and outs' of doing this. We brought in all paperwork that they told us to bring in to complete the transaction- we were there no less than 5 times and still not able to complete this transaction as every time there seemed to be some other 'document' necessary. We were questioned over and over as to 'why' we were doing this transfer; why wasn't this done before, ect., ect., . .like we were doing something illegal or like we are stupid...just ridiculous...and -at the end of the day-we wound up mailing the necessary forms to Illinois SOS. I will NEVER go here again for ANYTHING and will tell EVERYONE I know about this giant dunghole. Stay away!

I just called this currency exchange, asking about car license plates for a new car. I was asking questions and she was answering them with a tone like I was supposed to know these answers already. What is going on with people sometimes, why are they making it difficult to get stuff done sometimes. I mean, they're supposed to be there to help you, not make it harder. Really, spare yourself some grief, and don't go to this exchange.
