Dr. Colella, and his staff. Talk to you like you are a member if their very own family. And they explain things to you. On a Level that YOU can actually understand. Not using some big words that scare the bajeebies out of you. Or that you'd have to spend countless time trying to find out the meaning too. Or God forbid, look it up online. And then get even more confused. They explained to me. Exactly what was expected of me. And what the procedure consisted of. So if I wanted to back out. I could. But They ALL genuinely cared about me, as a person. Not just another patient.
