This bakery is better than any I have visited in Mexico. I lived and traveled in Mexico for 9 years. The friendly couple baked a Tres Leches cake for my wedding. It was beautiful. The cake was the best Tres Leches cake I have ever tasted. The texture of the cake was light and had a wonderful crumb, the filling (cream) was a wonderful creamy vanilla filling, and the frosting was light as air. The decorations were beautiful and the writing was a softly tined yellow green. No bright garish colors. There was nothing heavy, dry or tastless about this cake. All the guests loved the cake.



We bought some pastries to see how they compared to the ones we had in Mexico. These were light and delicious. I especially like the churros. The cookies were good, too.. Compared to my past experiences living in Mexico and traveling through many states there this is the best. The service was tops, friendly, charming people. I am not saving any for the 1st anniversary. I will have them make another cake.
