Would not order from again unless I'm there watching the bouquet being created. I orderd a beautiful bouquet online for my grandma (she lives 3 hrs away). My cousin sent me a picture of the actual bouquet after the delivery and I wasnt impressed. Most bouquets are round and this one was not, most of it was proportionally round except about 5 flowers sticking out (just threw in) everywhere.. I also clicked that if the flowers I wanted wasnt in stock that they could substitute and they tried to keep the flowers close to the picture. However, the bouquet was suppose to have at least 3 roses and there was only 1 in the actual bouquet (roses are a common flower, if you had one you had more). I felt like the company was just being cheap. Overall, I think the bouquet was poorly made for a $51.00 (w/delivery & taxes) bouquet and didnt include the beautiful ribbon (plain tyed up bow) that could of been found in any Walmart or craft store. I really wish I could include a picture of the actual bouquet and the one I ordered. I will research another company when I purchase more flowers for her, it will not be Petal Shoppe :-(
