Dr. Phillips is the best!! He really cares about his patients! He was not only was a fabulous D.O. but knew pharmaceuticals & their uses & classes& clashes because he was previously a pharmacist before med school. He was my doctor over 24 years until he took a position in a hospital 3 hours away. I have not been able to find another doctor of his caliber! I wish so badly he was back & practicing here again! Top Notch!
