Okay so I do not know why but this Taco Bell has been terrible the past few months! It takes at least 30 minutes to get your food in the drive-thru! And when you get your food it is always wrong, ALWAYS!! And when you tell them it's wrong they get an attitude like us " THE CUSTOMERS" should just deal with it! And I finally had enough one night after getting home and finding out that we where missing 2 of our items and had an extra drink! I called the manager, a girl answered and said that she was the manager! After I explained to her what had happened she told me to hold on while she got the manager because she couldn't handle complaints! Well a man answered the phone and said "yes?" And waited. He was very short with me and did not seem to care at all! At the end of our conversation he said "Okay" and I was furious because he did not care and acted like I was ignorant! Not to mention that neither of the so called "managers" gave me there names! Just to say, I am done with them and I do not recommend them to anyone at all! Thank you.
