I had a horrible experience with this company. I just bought a vacation house and was told that they have to do a leak test for all new accounts to continue their service. I scheduled an appointment between 9am and 10am on Friday, 5/18. He showed up past 2:30pm as we gave up waiting and had to get lunch. I had a 500 gal tank that was just filled 2 months back, but he showed me the tank usage meter with 85% left and indicated that the tank had a leak, so it needed to be replaced and checked for leaks again. He told me that I would not have to pay for repairs unless the leak was inside the house and he had to re-pipe in the house.
He scheduled to come first thing in the morning the next Tues, 5/22. But did not show up until almost 3pm and called me for the key code. I was expecting the job would be done in a couple of hours, but then at around 4:40pm, their Superior’s office called me and said their truck broke down and that they would have to leave their truck there overnight. When I got home at 7pm I called and was shocked to find out that they were working on the piping. He said he was almost done so I asked for pictures of the work. I was infuriated by the horrible work he performed. He put yellow gas line all around the outside of the house and said that it is safer complies with code. Since I was not there to physically see it, I said I would check it when I get there.
I called the office the next day to express my disappointment and the office manager said the technician thought I agreed with it the first time we met. The office manager also re-iterated that the lines they did was up to code. They should’ve checked before doing any further work. She got back to me the next day saying the installation cost/labor will be over $450, but can apply the credit of 45% gas remaining on the old tank, the balance will only be around $40. I told her there was 85% left. She didn’t want to listen, so I told her I would have to get back to her.

I would give it zero stars, if available. I completely agree with there statement below. I just ran out of gas. I was told they would make a deliveryon a certain date. They missed that date and the next 2 days. I still don't have gas. I am using electric room heaters and kerosene heaters.

Never again! Way too big , one hand does not know what the other is doing. They are not a local company and not even an American company for that matter. High prices, slow service and they make it hard to remain a customer. The only good thing I can say is the sales people were pleasant and knew what I was saying, they have their hands tied.
