I contacted the company and the owner came to look at my pressure tanks. I was told the service fee would be included in the work, but after looking at them, he referred me to another well company!! Apparently he wanted the money without doing the job! So I wasted that fee that could have been given to another company who is now coming to actually replace them. i didn't call the one he referred me to because I believe he's getting a kickback of what I would pay. He also gave me the name of third company to replace my H2O softener, so what work does McPherson actually do??! Not much, as far as I can tell!!

4 years ago my wife was in the hospital after very serious surgery but she was ready to come home, however, our well pump failed. I called Mr. McPherson and he came right away, the next day he was there, on the weekend, and the next day he was there with his crew and they replaced the pump and my wife was able to come home. Yesterday, the grass cutter ran over the cover of the well pump and destroyed the covering and the wiring inside. Of course we had no water, but no one had any idea of why, We again called Mr. McPherson and again he was here in a couple of hours. He did his investigation found the problem spent a couple of hours out in the heat and fixed it. You do not find people like that very often. By the way, the price was very reasonable too. My advice is use him!

Steve was Amazing! He came right out first thing in the morning to address the issues that we were having. He walked me through the process step by step and explained what what was happening so if something like this happens in the future, I am prepared and can take preventative measures to midigate! My issues were fixed and I was off to finish the remainder of my busy day! Steve was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I would recommend McPherson to EVERYONE with well service needs!

McPherson Well Drilling........Wow!! Eric was amazing, knowledgeable and very professional. He explained step by step what he was doing in a way that we understood. We ended up having him replace the well pump. He explained some water issues he thought we had and referred some experts in the field to help us with the softener and sprinkler system. I cannot say enough about these guys. Eric really knows his stuff and was so very helpful. So glad we went with McPherson!

We suddenly lost our water to low pressure and called McPherson Well Service for help. Eric was at our house within 2 hours and diagnosed our problem and suggested the solution quickly and professionally. We decided to replace the water tank and scheduled an appointment to have it installed. Eric was there as promised right on time. He and his assistant were very efficient and the job was completed in less than 3 hours. He also chlorinated our water to get rid of the yucky smell and added bleach to the water softener salt. A job very well done. We are more then satisfied with Eric and McPherson. I can't wait to take my first shower with the new pressure and clean smelling water. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family!

This company was called to get a second opinion after Pousho Plumbing told me I needed a new well. Glad I did! Steve and Eric were fantastic and professional. Eric came out 2 hours early, pulled my junk well plumbing that Pousho put in 3.5 years ago and showed me where it failed due to the rotting of the Chinese piping. McPherson's crew flushed the well (something Pousho failed to do last time), removing all the sediment from the filter, installed new, name brand equipment and offered me a free five year warranty on all work done today. If you're ever needing well work, call these folks FIRST!

I had a well that 4 other companies refused to bid on the job because of the tight spot and narrow entrance to get to my well. I was almost ready to go through the expense of switching to city water until I contacted McPherson. McPherson gave me a quote with a low and high range. Explained what they thought was wrong what they will need to do and the range would cover unexpected but possible problems. They were also going to clean the well and sanitize it. They had the right equipment to handle the narrow entrance and tight spot to work in. They came, completed their work quickly, showed me what they were doing as they did it. They did run into unexpected problems (some pipes were welded), but were prepared to handle and resolved it quickly. My bill was on the low end of the estimate range. My well now has more pressure and appears clearer than I can remember. Also, considering they had to dig a hole about 5 feet deep and 4 ft x 4ft square, they did not leave a big mess and did not mess up my grass except for where the hole actually was. I am happy to recommend this company for the quality work and quality replacement parts.

Beware of this company !! It claims to be working in the area since 1933 but its owner would rip you off. We experienced low water pressure in our house and he came in to replace the constant control box switch and charged us $435. After looking up the model number of Franklin control box on the web, we were shocked that a new box would cost only about $50. $400 labor cost for a 15 minute job ??? It is a daylight robbery
