This company picked up my wife and 91 yr old mother in law Drove them to the Dr in Ann Arbor and said they would wait until they were done. After the appointment They came out and the driver was gone! The wife called and found out they sent him on another call (said they were short handed). They had to wait almost two hours for the driver to return!! Missing both lunch and dinner back at the rehab facility. I do not think this is any way to run this type of a service business. They should not abandon one client to service another!!! Just looking for the $$. They are taken off the list of transport co's at the rehab facility also after they found out what happened to there patient.

I can not say enough good things about Papuga trans. company, i was in a wheel chair and had these guys drove me to all my appointments. They were always on time and (Jeremy) my driver, even open the door for my wife to ride along to the appointment with us. thank you jeremy and kevin for making my recovery go so smooth.
