Provided by YP.comWe just moved to the Commerce area, and while getting a feel for the surrounding area, we were happy to come across such a finding like Siam. I am half Thai, by my mothers side; so I grew up enjoying the wonderful Thai dishes, and expect high quality which is easily found at Siam. I am however strongly dissapointed by the prices of the dishes they serve, as well as the quality of service they provide.
Cooking Great Thai food regularly doesn't cost a fraction of what Siam is charging, let alone take a quarter of the time it requires to prep, cook and eat your own creation. We've tried to order food 3 times from Siam and everytime it was at least an hour and fifteen minute wait. "What the heck are those guys doing in the kitchen," I've wondered.
While I have been spoiled by visiting Thailand, I can't say that Siam is the best Thai I've ever eaten, but if you have the crave, have the patience, are willing to spend a few extra dollars for the satisfaction, and do not have access to other Thai restaurants in the area, then Siam is your place for quality food. Enjoy!

Provided by YP.comI would have to disagree with the previous review. I have frequented this establishment since they opened and I believe the food is fabulous and very authentic. If you think the food at Bangkok City Thai in downtown Milford is better, then you obviously have never eaten authentic Thai food. Their food is very Americanized. I have never waited more than half an hour for my food, carry out or dine in. A little wait is well worth the GREAT food.
Sorry to disagree.

Provided by YP.comFirst, they are sllllloooooowwww. Be prepared to sit there a while and if you're doing carry-out it's about the same - ready in an hour. The food flavor is fine, and some dishes are not very traditional and clearly must be their own recipe and that's OK too, but I'm still trying to figure out why/what they did to make the Pad Thai fluorescent orange! $9 for pad thai that had no meat in it is pretty high. The tofu cubes were included, but I had to search hard to find the little tiny guys. My husbands fried rice was a darn small portion for an additional $9. I probably won't bother going again. I gave it 2 chances. Do yourself a favor - Drive farther and go to Bangkok City Thai in downtown Milford - better prices and food that you can get a whole lot faster.
