If I could give this zero stars, I would. My husband ordered 2 charms for me from here for Christmas. The screwed up the first order, the second time it was too late for Christmas. One of the charms broke and fell off 2 weeks into January, so I had to purchase another one. I then asked them to solder the jump rings closed. The jeweler destroyed one of the charms. They ordered another set and assured me they would order 2 brand-new charms so they would have the exact same finish. I tried to pick them up yesterday....they LIED! They just ordered 1 new charm. Tried to pass them off as both new. When I protested, the manager said, "in a couple of months, they will both look scratched up and the same". REALLY?!?! I demanded my money back for these over-priced charms. I will never shop there again!

I've shopped here before with friends and 'just looked' for ideas. The staff has always been so helpful and friendly! I had a repair done and it looks better than I remember it EVER looking! I highly recommend this jewelry store (I shopped at the one in White Lake). I love my new jewelry and cannot wait to add to my collection.

I really love that they give back to local charities and organizations. First time in was about a year ago after they opened the new store in White Lake and have nothing but great things to say. Great people, beautiful jewelry, and thank you for help with our charity.

My fiance bought my ring here last year. It has been such a great experience EVERY time i walk in the door- even if it is for a free cleaning. They're always so nice and helpful, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else- I love the staff and i love the jewelry! so many affordable pieces, it's nice to be able to buy jewelry as gifts for my loved ones!

From the minute you walk into this jewelery store you feel like family. The staff is friendly but not pushy and really knows their business. They have a Graduate Gemologist on staff with a huge selection. They also carry the Pandora line, again a huge selection. I highly recommedn Waterfall Jewelers as your jewelery store.
