The first time I went to White Lake Presbyterian church, everyone talked with us and asked if we had received their welcome gift. The next week people remembered us. I loved the sermon! I t was based on historical events that happened in the Old Testament (They even had a time line posted on the wall- Loved it!) The Pastor helped us relate to these significant biblical events and the messages and lessons that could make a difference in our lives today and now.

I also liked that the service was the responsibility of numerous members of the congregation-not just the Pastor’s responsibility. There was a since of ownership among the congregation. A real since of community!
