We also have dealt with Mid Atlantic Modular. We had a signed contract and he took a check from our bank for almost 30 thousand dollars and never did anything with the house. Not even started to build it and kept telling us to go buy appliances and spend more money. He gave us plans that weren't even legal they were fake.

He don't realize that I don't have a place to live with my newborn baby that is almost 3 weeks old because he have no care at all that I have to home for my family or my baby.

He also took our hopes and dreams as well.
