As the sign says, no waiting, you're in and out! I visit this store every week and I have yet to go in and out. My average time spent waiting for my pizza is 10 minutes. Others come in, order, pay and leave and I am left standing again,waiting. I usually get a plain and a pepperoni pizza, nothing extra. I used to order mushroom, but everytime I did, they would to forget to put it in the oven!!! Today, I went into the store and there was nobody at the counter. There was 6 people in the back laughing and flipping dough, but the counter was unmaned. My suggestion is to hire a shift manger to oversee the staff. It's O.K. to have fun at work, but not to have customers wait at the counter. After all, we are trying to get home to have dinner. I have to admit our pizza is always good and that is why I continue to visit. I just want to go in and out , just like the sign says.
