My trailer disconnected light came on between Oklahoma City & Longview TX. My trailer is still under warranty so I called the manufacturer (Kaufman) & they recommended this place to me. Turns out it was a magnet issue with the brakes, they worked with the warranty company had me back on the road the same day. I ran a service department at a car dealership for 7 yrs back home in Jackson TN & I know customer service when I see it. I watched the guys up front (Jason & Patrick) the technician Tom and the lady in the office interact with several customers & this place has alot of happy customers! No fun being stranded 480 miles from home but these guys made it a little less stressful. I own two 50ft commercial trailers & drive for a living now, I've dealt with a few trailer shops & would definitely recommend them.

DO NOT EVER rent a trailer from united trailer sales in white oak. They put a trailer on my truck which came off on the highway causing my truck to roll over. Their guy put the ball on, their guy installed the trailer. Now they are claiming they are not liable and will not help with the loss. What a lack of integrity!
