I have used Certified Auto Body in White Plains many of times over the past 15 years and would not take my vehicle to any other body shop. The manager, Don, provides professional service and the work I have had done there has been excellent. I highly recommend Certified Auto Body.

NEVER GO!!!!!! I cant even believe this is a "good" body shop! The managers are completely rude! the customer service is so bad! my car was supposed to take 15 days it took 50!!! no exaggeration!! Then I had to call to see if it was ready! Once the insurance company paid them they could care less about how it looked! One Manager yelling in my face because I told him they didn't do what the insurance company already paid them to do! Not to mention they broke things in my car and ruined my interior! And never told me!! I had to take my car back in there 3 times because the job was not done right.
