Provided by YPmobileAgency sent a Home Health Aide, an abusive and unprofessional Sarah Lovett for 3 weeks to care for my father. The aide had a foul attitude daily and used abusive language toward my husband and daughter. Complaints were made to the home health agency People Care Inc of White Plains numerous times. Agency coordinators Luz and Heather did nothing to counsel HHA despite repeated complaints and request to remove aide Sarah Lovett from the case.
Having dealt with many HHA agencies in the past to assist with caring for my parents and mother in laws at various times over the years I must state this agency is the worst I've ever seen.
