I just called asking price for a basic remote engine start alarm for my 05 Toyota Camry, just need it to remote start engine and lock/unlock doors and was told to bring car in for a simple price.

That sounds to me like a scam.

Why to waste time and gasoline to hear a price?

It must be so overpriced that don't want to scare you over the phone and they figure once you are there will take your hard earned money easily.

Stay away from this shady business.

Called 3 other shops and made my decision.

Thank God they are not the only shop in Town.

They were very helpful, the work that they did for me was excellent. on a scale from 1-10 I would give them a number 10. I would definitely have more work done by them!

Harry the Owner of Depot Auto Sound was one of the worst professional experiences I have ever encountered. He has no professional courtesy for his clients.... He is abusive to his employees (stated by them directly) and more importantly his clients as well.... I was a paying customer and for the time of our business relationship was treated in a disrespectful and undermining manner.... I will NEVER REFER THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY REASON AND HAVE FILED A REPORT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL.... This man went as far as to call me a raving lunatic when I voiced my opinion to him in a professional manner... and when I asked, did you just call me a lunatic? he states "I call it as I see it"...... HARRY IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL... COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL AND ARROGANT..... And carries an unethical business practice with no integrity and extremely poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place sucks. Went to this store for the first time and the people here were rude.



Labor is overpriced and the owner, HARRY, treated me like crap.

You can tell by his attitude that he does not really care about the customer.



Said he can't give quote on window tinting over the phone, right when I pull up into the parking lot. Said $275 within 10 seconds. RIP OFF

Excellent Services the team installed a Bluetooth in my car and did a fantastic job, the task was complicated by the non – standard stereo in my car. They were knowledgeable, friendly and thoroughly Professional .I highly recommend them.

Never go to this place! They are a complete rip off! Harry is crook who will overcharge you three times the amount best buy will for the same thing! Shop around before you ever go to this place.

I was thrilled with the incredible sound quality of the speakers Depot Auto Sound & Security installed as well as all of the new amazing features such as Bluetooth and navigation. The service was reliable and pleasant. I highly recommend anyone looking for speakers to go there.

I was treated very well. I came in and spoke to the manager to ask his advice on my car. He put the speakers in even though I didn't have an appointment and the shop looked busy. I gave the place 5 stars because the work was done properly. If I had a problem, I was told I was welcome to come back.
