I've been going to the Virginia Road location since it opened. I go every morning before work and than hop on the parkway, very convenient. I love the people that work in the morning, they are polite, fast and know their customers well. As for the manager Lola shes great and runs a tight ship without her I'm not sure the store would run as smooth as it does. She left once and their was a big difference in the store. It didn't run as smooth, it wasn't as clean it had a different feel to it. It's not easy dealing with the public or employees and she does both very well. I hope the owners of this Dunkin Donuts know what they have and treat these people well.
