I visited the klosek clinic 3x and every time was a horrible experience. Unfortunately it was court ordered and I could not attend or switch providers. He makes up his own prices and doesn’t even really care why you’re there. He will overcharge you and send a bill to your insurance. I would not recommend this place for services
