Provided by YP.comThe realty team with Rakow Group know their stuff. I was unsure they would be able to renegotiate my lease; my landlord is a little bit of a stickler. Fortunately, they really are experts in their line of work. My lease was renegotiated at a slightly lower rate, this after my landlord had insisted leasing rates would increase.
