If I could have given it zero stars I would have. Disgusting environment, piles of hair, dusty, bathroom smelled of urine, half of my hair she highlighted fell out and she ripped even more out with the pick. even tho i asked she start at the bottom, she giggled and kept ripping through the snarls, she didn't even have toner and left me with velveta colored highlights. I had to go to the new england school of hair design to get it fixed. Everyone else was booked for prom
