The practice of seeing an immediate inspection fail and not pointing it out to the customer along with the stores policies and options of whether or not they want to proceed seems grossly indecent and shady.There's policies and practices and then there's courtesy and decency. I came in for an Inspection with light tint on my windows. He saw the tint and without comment proceeded with the 5 minute inspection, only to then fail me for said tint to the tune of $50 dollars. It was ONLY at this point that he states their policy of full payment whether pass or fail. I have NO issue with this policy; I simply wish that it would have been pointed out to me ahead of time. The true failure is them neglecting to do so, but maybe courtesy is not part of their idea of a winning buisness model. He knows that if he would have mentioned the tint to me as soon as i pulled in, his till would have been 50 dollars shorter today. But i guess he needed my money more than me.

i was quoted at a thousand dollars to fix my car, when i went to pick it up i was charged just under 1500.00. they charged me for fixing things that i told them had already been checked or fixed but since i didnt get the quote in writing i had to pay it to get my car back.
