Five Stars! If you are considering transportation services, I highly recommend Upper Valley Ride - look no further! The company is professional, timely, customer service oriented, filled with integrity in making sure you will get to where you need to go - period.



My own personal experience in having the pleasure to use their services as follows: I traveled 3,000 miles, been up for over 13 hours and finally landed in New Hampshire for an important meeting I had first thing in the morning. Late at night, the rental car service the company had acquired for me at the airport did not have transportation for me and made no concessions. There I was stuck 3000 miles away from home, late at night at an airport, being a single women not knowing a single soul. After spending five hours at the airport checking into every transportation service possible to get me to my hotel - the hotel recommended Upper Valley Ride. This was my last hope. Tired, stressed to say the least I called Upper Valley Ride and got the Owner, Randy. Randy immediately calmed me and reassured me that he will personally come to the airport himself and take me where I needed to go - mind you I needed to go two hours outside of the airport. Thankfully, Randy came literally to my rescue and took me to my hotel. It was not only a sigh of relief but he was a pleasure to get to know. I immediately requested his services for my return flight.

I was extremely impressed with the service provided by UV Ride. I had an interview at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH which ended at 2:15pm, and I had catch a flight to Chicago from the Manchester Airport at 4:45pm. Prior to my ride, I spoke with Randy (owner). He eased all my concerns about making this flight and recommended taking the 2:20pm shuttle (the most economical option). On the day of my flight, my driver, Clint, arrived at the Medical Center early and provided a stress-free ride to the airport. I made it through security over an hour before my flight. I am grateful to Randy, Clint, and the UV ride team for listening to my concerns and providing excellent service. Without a doubt, I would recommend any of their services.

This is the best way to get in and out of the Upper Valley.

If you need to come to Dartmouth, Vermont Law School, Colby Sawyer, Dartmouth Hitchcock, any of those destinations, this is the way to go.



This is especially true for (almost the only way) getting to and from the Manchester Airport (sorry, Greyhound, but your buses are grotty and the schedules don't work well for most people's comings and goings). UV RIde has cheaper shuttles and then custom rides to fit any schedule.



Randy and his drivers are punctual, courteous and professional. If the weather is sketchy, or we'll be gone a while, we always use Upper Valley Ride - even to the Dartmouth Coach instead of leaving the car outside for a long time or adding the stress of the drive to the trip.

UV Ride is an incredible service that takes the worry out of getting to and from the airport. In addition, having the ability to be picked up at home is a great convenience. The rates are very reasonable and I have the ability to leave at any time I choose if I want private car service.
