Multiple apartments have mold in them. The playground for the kids is outdated and falling apart. There is cat poop, and garbage in the sand/dirt. They will not clean it or take proper care of it. There is also a terrible ant problem that they also refuse to do anything about. During the winter they refuse to put down ice melt or anything to prevent tenants from slipping and falling in the parking lot. The health and safety of the tenants does not seem to be a big priority.

The apartment manager is extremely unprofessional when it comes to handling matters.

The manager has yelled at several of the tenants just for putting in work orders to get repairs done in their apartment. She has a history of being aggressive towards the tenants and tries to get them to move out in order to avoid taking care of the apartments/issues appropriately. She will do and say things to you in order to make you feel as uncomfortable as she possibly can. She will give you falsified lease violations and will not allow you the opportunity for proper communication or resolution. She does not care about tenants' rights.

All the previous reviews about these apartments and how terrible they are; are 100% accurate; although more can always be shared on how you will be treated and talked to as a tenant. You would not have a great experience due to poor management and poor maintenance repairs. I would have to give this a negative star for a 100% negative experience.
