Passing through and I was in a medical crisis and could not breath. The nurse and receptionist took me right back and helped me. After being help I had a lady.. Older short brown hair come out and told me I had to pay the full amount right there. I was un aware of this during arrival. I have been to this office before and I’ve not once had to pay up front. Also I gave all my work information just didn’t haven’t my wallet with me. This older woman that approached me was beyond unprofessional and rude she made me feel my crisis was an inconvenience to them. When she was telling me I had to pay For my “ shots” which I didn’t get shots🧐 I was only received a breathing treatment. I was in Whitehall for a quick trip and ended up having a asthma attack. I did not bring extra money for an emergency like that. When the extremely unprofessional lady went back to talk too the doctor I heard the doctor and her both talking and they mentioned how I had money to pay for a wedding but not pay them today. I never said I couldn’t pay I just couldn’t pay right now. I have a great job. And pay all my bills. This lady gave me an extremely hard time told me this is a “life lesson” and to have money next time I go somewhere and I need to pay my bill before the statement gets mailed out. Needless to say even though I will pay my bill. I will NEVER go here again for help nor recommend this clinic. And I use to speak highly of this clinic. I’ve been in and out of hospitals and doctors offices due to my asthma but never have I had an experience like this. I’ve never been so uncomfortable. Thank you to the reception lady who asked this lady and doctor to stop talking about me and that I could hear everything they were saying.
