Not a very honest business..get different stories!! 3 months ago they came to deliver and inspect our fuel tank for the first time, our tank is enclosed, on a slab, on legs. The front section of enclosure was taking off so he could look at it better. He said, "it was fine, it wasn't going anywhere" so than he fills it. Yesterday we called for another delivery, The same man who delivered and inspected our tank, came back to fill it up again. Only to say that he had bad news, this would be the last delivery because they don't come out this far. They had two customers in Wells and they don't like coming that far🤔 But their truck delivers propane to our neighbors! When called to ask about it, the lady on the phone said "I am pretty sure we deliver in that area, let me talk to the boss and I will get back to you." When called back, she says it was "because the tank didn't pass inspection " What??! But a month ago, it did? And if it was the tank and not because "they don't deliver out this far" Why did they fill it up again??? And why did the delivery man who was the one who INSPECTED it 2 months ago, who said it was FINE..give us a totally different story??? or bullshit us?? Not an honest business!!

Friendly and great customer service

I called about fuel and the woman who answered the phone was very very rude,,,says she didnt deliver here,,but know someone in the same area who gets delivery from this company,,,will or would not recommend this company to anyone,,,get people who are friendly who wants to help people,,not ignorant people
