DO NOT do business with these people. One fellow supposed to give a presentation and estimate seemed more intent on knowing my wife's work schedule and where she was. Do not trust them in your house.

I was going to purchase the windows but wanted to wait till I had the cash. The first gentlemen was very nice . Then I had two others show up and wanted to give me a better deal. Then when I said I wanted wait for a few months he became ignorant. His name was Ryan and he was very pushy and told me he had my credit score and told me it was a 580. That is not what it is. To.d him how does he know my credit score I never gave him my permission to run my credit. He said he didn't need it and got very ignorant with me. This Ryan guy has lost a sale for the business. I will not be treated like a five year old from now one!!!! Nor will I ever purchase anything from them. If this guy worked for me he would be fired on the spot!!!

If you do not want me to post pictures and write what will probably be the worst review your company has ever had, someone from your corporate office in York had better respond to my complaint today! I sent them an email and followed up with 3 calls with no response. Same goes for the sales rep who came to my home, Adam D'Emilio. I have requested he call me 4 times, and keep getting told someone will get back to me. Never happens! Your Customer Service is atrocious to say the least. I have 12 damaged windows and no one in your corporate office gives a damn about my problem? $20,000 and this is how I get treated?

We had Appleby replace windows in our entire house and what a difference! We could tell right away as it was so quiet inside and then came the savings on our utility bills. The windows are everything they said they would be and more! Completely satisfied and would would definitely use again and recommend. The staff is pleasant and efficient.

Appleby came out and installed Windows a year ago. We were completely satisfied and decided to finish the rest of the houses Windows. They came back out, gave us an offer we could not pass up, and got the job. Awesome customer service dept too! Highly recommend.

On a sunny day in the middle of December, Mr. Tim Morningstar installed 5 new windows in my house, arrived on time ant said it would take about 6 hrs. and it did, he left the work area clean, used drop cloths in the house. Can't wait til I can afford to get the rest of my windows done.

I would never buy from Appleby. Their practices border on bullying to push laughably high prices; for us, about $1600 per window. They talked to us for over five hours but did not even leave a business card and claimed they don’t do business over the phone. That speaks volumes about their dependence on ridiculous prices that are good for Right Now Only.

The first rep was careful not to give us anything in writing. Then we got a visit from another who asked for a “few minutes” to offer us a lower cost. After ninety minutes we still hadn’t gotten him to tell us what that lower cost was. After another forty five minutes of “no thank you” and “goodnight,” I literally had to open my front door and stand on the porch to make him to go.

The windows might be the best in the industry as they claim, but I wouldn’t buy from these high-priced bullies on principle.
