What an exceptional company! Recently purchased a pool for the first time and could not be happier with my experience at Olympic. The staff was SO knowledgeable and so helpful it made my first time buy very easy. I couldn't be happier and would never go anywhere else. I recommend it to anyone looking to buy a pool or pool products. Great job guys!

Do not use this pool company. Olympia pools is concerned with nothing but the dollar. As soon as they received our payment, the customer service level dropped. The contractor used to install the pool was fantastic, but the rest of the company was rude and constantly tried to belittle us whenever we had a concern. The entire process was cumbersome and stressful. Any problems that occurred had to be dealt with by my husband and I because the company was slow to react and seemed to care little about installing our pool. Products weren't ordered in time and everything was delayed by almost three weeks. Bottom line, if you plan to spend over $20,000 on a pool, you should be treated extremely well by the company. In my opinion, Olympia pools does not believe in that policy.
