They have not shown up for this past week, nor will they answer the phone. I've left messages with my phone number for them to return my call, they still haven't done that.

This is the second straight month they have blamed other circumstances for not showing up on my scheduled day of the week, or missing the entire week. This is for the entire neighborhood, not just my house. My neighbor uses Garbage Pickup Services, (GPS) and he has not had interruptions in service.

Since they will not answer calls, or return them, I can only speculate there are some serious problems with this company. Whether management, employee, or equipment issues, this certainly isn't what I'd expect from a legitimately run service company that auto-drafts my account quarterly.

If you're reading reviews to determine which service provider you'll use, I would have previously recommended this company. With the way they haven't handled their business these past few months, I would only use them as a very last resort, if at all.

After talking to someone in the office, they feel no billing adjustment is warranted. Their view is that they will pick up additional trash with "no questions asked." That isn't additional trash, it's what you were supposed to pick up last week, that I've already paid for.

My scheduled pick up day is Tuesday. During the past two months, they may show up on Wednesday, to as late as Friday of that particular week, and it's usually late into the evening. This last pick up date it was 9 p.m.

I would NOT expect to pay for services that were NOT rendered, anymore than I'd expect to pay my lawn service provider for not mowing my property. Neither would I expect to hear they were going to mow the taller grass, "no questions asked", and I still owed them for the week they didn't show up, resulting in that same taller grass.

Ameri-tex or Right Way Disposal Service, whichever you are, I pay to have a dependable and reliable service. Clearly you cannot provide either, and won't hesitate to take money for work you didn't provide.

DO NOT go with Ameritex.....you WILL REGRET IT!

I would give a ZERO if I could, had service with these people for years after they took over the company I'd been with before.........NOTHING but problems. Their drivers lie and say your can was not at the curb even though my neighbors can vouch that the truck "just drove right on by"......and then you call them and their office manager, Jody or something like that, is THE rudest most UN-CUSTOMER friendly person on the planet and tries to argue with you. I've personally heard their "pick-up" people get out of the truck yelling obscenities and swearing even though I, a female, am standing right there within 10 feet of them. They are NOTHING but a bunch of LOW LIFE crooks! Finally had enough, dumped them and going with another pick up company! GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAAAAD GARBAGE!

Today, 2/18/16, I received a bill in the amount of $78.84. I have never opened an account with this company or requested its services. I contacted Alex Perez, office worker for the company, he said the bill was created on 6/1/15 by company's previous owner, but does not know why. I have never opened an account or requested services from the previous owner either. Alex said he spoke with the new owner, Clayton, and he can't explain the account or the $78.84 charge either, but says I owe the bill. Also, the bill says that $4 will be added if not paid by the 1st.

Couldn't get them to empty the dumpster, tried for 3 weeks. Cancelled them and got Rightway and received good service almost a year, now Rightway is owned by Ameri-tex and I'm back to calling to get the dumpster emptied!! Very disorganized and really bad service.

Waiting a year and a half for a trash can and still getting billed. Everytime i called just got another excuse why they could not bring it. Then was tied i had to pay the past due balance
