Wonderful company, great service.

Contacted the company and they were quick to respond. Discussed the job, options and agreed on the price. A few weeks went by with no follow up from BCM. I contacted them and was reassured of getting scheduled. A couple more weeks went by with no contact. They refused to call me back or respond to text messages. Not even the professionalism to call and say they didn't want the job, just left me hanging. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional. Would not use them ever and will not recommend them. I also had 3 other guaranteed customers for them on the same street! Too Bad!
