I have been going to Bill for the past 10 years and he fixes whatever needs to be fixed on my personal computer. I even bought a used Toshiba Laptop from Bill 10 years ago and it still runs perfectly. Bill is very honest and advised me a few years ago there was nothing wrong with my computer after checking it out thoroughly for 3 days and stated it could be the modem I was leasing from TWC - which was correct! He never charged me for the 3 days he worked on my computer. His rates are very, very reasonable and once he fixes a problem, you never have to bring it back for te same problem. I have recommended him to my friends and all agree with what I am posting.

reliability. Plus my place of worship purchases most of their computers - refurbished and great prices - from Bill.
