I had a simple question about ...

I had a simple question about my order and felt that a mistake had been made on my order. So I called at 11:30am on 5/5/12. I ask the lady who identified herself as the manager about how a certain item is supposed come. I then told her how much I was charged. She then said I was charged for something other than what I ordered... before I knew it she hung up on me without even a goodbye. This is the firth time this month they have messed up my order and charged me wrong. The item they charged me for is not even what I got... I'm done being dinged an extra $2 every time I go to this location and not getting what I came for. Then to hang up on me before attempting to find out the issue or correct it... I'm insulted.
