We bought two Jack Russel puppies at the Somerset store last year. The ladies were very nice and we are well satisfied with the dogs both alive and healthy today. One went to my sister in law and we have one. I was impressed at the variety of animals they had and If something were to happen to our dog it will be the first place we call to get another one.

I am disgusted with the care of the animals and the rude customer service. Not only are all their reptiles not being given proper treatment (such as 30 watt heat on a 5 gallon tank crested gecko) but most of the animals don't look very healthy and when I was looking to buy a reptile (which I have 10+ years of exotic animal care experience) I was pushed away from the crested gecko cage, told "you don't need to be opening all the cages because one of them could get out" I said "so I can't purchase anything?" and she said "you can if you're actually interested". I cannot tell you HOW upset I was. BTW they charge full price. Go to petco at least you get a warranty and proper set ups.
