We have used this laundromat when our own personal machines were down. The facility is clean but the machines are constantly broken or functioning improperly. Display readouts on the machines are broken so it is difficult to tell cycles/temperature settings. I had two garments ruined because the dryer settings were extremely hot and the fabric was heated to permanent wrinkling. The woman who has managed this facility for over a year is extremely unhelpful if there is a problem. She will cite every problem as something you have done incorrectly ("overloading", "not paying attention to settings", etc.) and it is the posted policy of the laundromat to NEVER issue a refund, regardless of the problem. If you need a laundromat and are traveling or without a machine for a bit, go outside of Whiteville to do your wash.
