Had a break job done their and i must say this shop is no good. the owner Bill is a scam artist.

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. THEY HAD MY VEHICLE OVER A WEEK FOR A SIMPLE DIAGNOSIS, AFTER TELLING THEM WHAT ORIGINALLY WAS WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE. THE SHOP OWNER BILL COMES OFF AS THIS CARING, KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON, ONLY TO GET YOU COMFORTABLE FOR THE SCREWING. THIS SHOP CHARGED ME OVER $200.00 FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT PERFORMED, THEN WHEN I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE IT BROKE DOWN ON THE WAY HOME SO I HAD TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER SHOP TO TIGHTEN UP THINGS THAT WERE REMOVED BUT NOT PUT BACK CORRECTLY BY B&F AUTO. IF YOU LOOK AT THE DATES ON THE OTHER POSTINGS YOU'LL SEE THEY WERE DONE ON THE SAME DAY, PROBABLY BY THE SAME PERSON, OR BILL HIMSELF. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND KEEP LOOKING FOR A REPUTABLE SHOP, BECAUSE THIS SHOP IS EQUAL TO A ALLEY MECHANIC. DONT LET BILL'S SOFT SPOKEN CHARM AND HIS LIES FOOL YOU. THIS GUY LIE LIKE A RUG.

Bill is very straightforward in explaining the problems with a car and how much it will cost to get it repaired. He doesn't sneak in costs at the end or mislead you in any way. I always choose B&F whether I need an oil change, alignment, brakes or transmission work. I know they've got me covered.

The owner of this company Bill is a very good man with a big heart. He has helped me and my friends with their car at a good price. He really knows his car and how to repair them. I highly recommend that you go to his place to get your car fixed for any repairs. He will fix it right the first time and keep it running for years to come.
