First, if you are just in for a quick cut, make that clear upfront. The owners who are also the two main stylists are very caring, extremely dedicated stylists, and they take great pride in giving you the best experience. That means that cut and color and anything else you have done will be carefully thought out, carried out and followed up. This takes time. When I came there for the first time, Russell assessed the damage of my hair, and within the span of the first visit managed to make it beautiful. Over the next few visits, he literally healed my hair. I trust no one else. They are wonderful hair care experts as well as amazing people.
