Been going to the YMCA Whiting Branch for a year and all I can really say is the staff is very unprofessional, The african american personal trainer guy will sit there and bother u and stare at u while your trying to lift, 1 time he told me I know nothing and I've been lifting weights for 10 years(so actually the staff is very egotistical instead of helpful), there's an old lady named Kathy who's very mean to most people and does nothing but sits on the MACHINES looking at her phone, why is she even a personal trainer there, she's like 70, and there's a young girl on Friday mornings who's too immature and scared to help anyone, and both of my parents have complained numerous times about her sitting there with her arms crossed not doing anything except the occasional flirting, and there's even a older boss lady who was rude to me and my father numerous times,for NO reason. Perhaps they just cant find any good employees, not sure, i'd say they got OK equipment but its just not worth it
