When I arrived 10 minutes early for my first appointment, the receptionist was eating at the front desk. I thought that was a bit vulgar. But I understand that not everyone has the time too take a lunch, but at least have them eat their meals where the patients do not have to watch the full event.

I thought Dr. Scott Amoss was decent. He had taken the time to explain to me exactly what was happening with my foot and what I could expect as far as treatment and recovery. The doctor was very nice to me but extremely rude with his assistant. He spoke to her like a child and it was embarrassing for everyone present.

That little episode made me question the doctors sincerity. There was no apparent reason for him to be yelling at her, and I found it very unprofessional.

But if you leave personality out of it, in all fairness I was quite impressed with the services and equipment in the office. They do x-rays, ultrsound, and circuation testing all right there on the premises. They we're also quite good with getting me in right away. Different people want and expect different things from their physicians and their staff. I personally do not believe I will be going back there again but you may find the practice more than adequate.
