I contracted with Conniff Construction in February 2015, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.



As a result of a previous fraudulent contractor, I was left with a barely functioning bathroom in my home. Due to a mold issue, homeowners insurance granted us coverage for a bathroom repair. We didn't do our due diligence in selecting this original contractor (reading reviews, browsing the internet for credentials/past work, etc), and we suffered because of it. The previous contractor came in, ripped out all the walls and flooring, destroyed the plumbing, and ran off with the money - leaving us still with the mold problem and without a functioning bathroom.



Conniff Construction came to the rescue and repaired our bathroom beautifully, and in a timely manner. Both Sean and John were extremely professional to work with, and had only their clients best interests in mind. They put our bathroom back together, including a custom tile floor job, reinstallment of sheetrock, rerouting of problematic plumbing, installation of new tub and removal of old tub, and most of all - rid us of the mold issue. Conniff Construction worked with us patiently while we went back and forth on design decisions. They installed all of the bathroom furniture, including vanity, mirror, and lighting.



I felt extremely safe with having them work in my home alone, without supervision. They are safe and professional, and pose no risk from a safety or financial perspective. They are diligent and organized in their documentation, including their contract and estimates, and belong to multiple verified home owner's and builders associations in the state (as well as nationally). We felt very safe in their hands and we are confident we made the right decision in choosing them for our renovation. I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a renovation or new build in the future.

I used CC in '11 to do a bathroom remodel. Everything was great, but the best part was John suggested we include a small hallway between the bedroom and bathroom (it's an old house so no ensuite bathrooms), he used an exisiting closet to make that happen, and we LOVE it!! Don't know how we lived without it before!!

I have been using Conniff Construction as my general contractor for the past 5 years. I invest heavily in real estate and commercial properties for both rent and resale (house flipping). I have tried using other contractors in the past until I started using Conniff Construction and have stuck with them ever since. They are very knowledgeable, reliable and most importantly I can TRUST them that they always have my best interest in mind always making recommendations to save me money- or make me more. Their work is top notch and they are very competitive with their pricing. They don't "nickel and dime" me like some other contractors might; they do what they have to to get the job done and keep me happy, which is important to me. I cannot say enough good things about John and Sean, I would definitely recommend Conniff Construction..

Used Conniff Construction after my laundry room flooded. Unfortunately, my laundry is UPSTAIRS, so there was extensive damage. They replaced almost all the drywall downstairs, molding, trim etc. Looks like a brand new house! At the same time we decided to upgrade our bathroom. John was very patient and explained how to pick out grout, tile etc (SO much to know!) We were VERY pleased with everything. John & Sean showed up exactly on time every day (I hate when a service person promises to be there at a certain time and then shows up late!) We are already making a list of additional work to be done, and will definitely call Conniff!
