I CALLED THE OFFICE OF THE LOORI BUS CO.INC. AT WHITING, N.J. AND ASKED ABOUT INFORMATION ON BUS SERVICE FOR HOLIDAY CITY SOUTH THE GENTLEMAN WHO ANSWERED WAS SO HELPFUL & POLITE IT WAS SO REFRESHING. HE GAVE ME ACCURATE INFORMATION & TOLD ME (NANCY) WOULD BE MY DRIVER WHICH I KNEW WAS CORRECT.

Terrible bus service. They did not pick up my special needs child for school. They would not send a bus to pick her up after they forgot. They are in violation of the Americans with disabilities act. They even hug up on my when I spoke with them. They are disrespectful and do not do there job. Terrible ownership and bad business practices. I am calling the division of consumer affairs regarding this matter
