Its hard to believe I am writing a good review after having my car repossessed, but this company was only doing their job. They were professional, allowing me to remove my car seats and property from my car. When I called to ask questions they were friendly and compassionate. The questions they could not answer they directed me to where I could get them answered. The owner took the time to explain the process and what I had to do. The owner even stayed 3 hours late so I didnt have to take a day off work to pick up my car. There was no damage. She was as pleasant as the man that picked up my car. She explained all the paperwork before I signed. If I could recommend this company I would..they were just doing their job when I didnt pay my bills. As the owner of this business I can assure all of our customers that our fees are mandated and regulated by the lenders directly. The fact that the police department was able to verify that the fees were listed in our contract to be paid by the debtor was proven in this case. All property is inventoried when it comes in and also stored securely for customers, for 60 days, until the customer picks up the property.
