Provided by YP.comThe staff is very courteous and does a good job with cleaning. They also communicate well, the products that are needed for next time (since I am a single guy, I just count on them). I just wish that the prices were lower (haven't really comparison-shopped, but....). I think $30 per hour is a bit steep for cleaning.

Provided by YP.comCarol's Cleaning has been cleaning my house since 2000. They do a fabulous job, across the board. They are always timely and efficient and have a crew leader (in my case, Angie) who makes sure that the job is done right every time. In addition to doing a great job cleaning, it's important to mention that they are extremely trustworthy! I am thankful that I've been able to have Carol's crew clean my house over all these years, and would recommend them to anyone.

Provided by YP.comI have been through multiple cleaning services and have found carols cleaning to be the most professional and detailed. always on time, good communication skills and they showed that they cared about the job they were doing for me. ive used other company's and have always ended up dissatisfied with the quality but not with carols...if i could rate them 10 stars a would--truly a lifesaver... thanks carol and crew

I am very sorry this person was not happy with us. It is hard to respond with this comment, since there is not anything about the cleaning itself and this person could only throw insults about us. We are a very detailed company and try our hardest to please everyone. We offer to come back and correct anything that might be wrong. I as the owner am more then fair about any billing concerns and try my best to understand our customers. I wish this customer would of said why he/she was unhappy so I could of address this issue and tried to reslove it. Thank you for reading my response. I hope you will read the other reviews as they come in and give us a chance to show you that we are a business that takes pride in all that we do. We have A ratings threw Angies List and alot of references from clients we have served since I have been in business.
