I have used Karika's for my furnace repairs, my sump pump repairs, and my Electorial repairs and updates. In the middle of the night 3:00am my furnace quit working so i called Shane he answered the phone right away. I explained what was the issue and it was 28° outside in February 2023 and i have no heat. Shane said my truck is stocked with parts and i'll be at your address in 20minutes! He was there 18 minutes later and worked on the furnace and my chimney flu on the roof for 5.5 hours until it was fixed and i had heat!! i have found the perfect Plumber and Electrician! Oh and did i mention his rates were better than any other local Electric & Plumbing business in the Broome, Chenango, Tioga, Cortland Counties

great service! these guys really know what they are doing... they're very friendly and affordable. i was very impressed with how quickly they worked and how clean they left my home after they were through. They maintain a great costomer relationship and have been able to help me with almost anything i ask. i woke up at 3 am with a huge leak in my bathroom this past january and with two kids i had to have it fixed, i called them and with in an hour someone was there and working on my pipes and for that i was truely thankfuland now i wont use any one else. they're installing new lights in my kitchen in the next couple weeks.

Shane has done a lot of work for me over the past several years including installing new bathtub/shower stalls in 2 bathrooms, fixing ordinary, every day issues like drippy faucets & installing a well water filter. During an extremely cold winter he spent 2 days working outside under frigid conditions to successfully restore a frozen water pump system so I could have water in the house again. He is one of the hardest working and competent people I know and recommend Karika Plumbing & Electrical without reservation.

I think Shane is a hard worker who does the job right and makes sure he has a satisfied customer!
