Our rent is only $350.00 per month...and this includes free water, sewer, electric, wifi, lawn care, showers, rest rooms and laundry room. We have Direct TV available for only an additional $25.00 per month. Weekly rates are available for $150.00 and the nightly rate is only $25.00 for full hookups.
