Provided by YP.comThis newly remodeled restaurant is a complete disappointment. I sat in line for 15 minutes today waiting for a latte'. When I finally got to the serving window, I complained. The girl working told me "It's not MY fault' I just work here." Then, my order was wrong ( after all that wait) . She would not refund my money, I asked for a manager and he was not helpful at all, although I did finally get a refund. I will never go back (this is my neighborhood McDonald's) and have seldom seen employees with such low standards of performance.
