Dr. Mecum and his staff are the best. He takes his time with you, and explains everything, and answers all your questions. I would highly recommend him.

Just recently visited this office but I wont go their again.. My experience here is very dreadful, the front desk girl has an attitude , no one smiles to make you feel welcome or comfortable and the lady who calls herself a MANAGER does not know what she is doing and needs an attitude adjustment along with some more education on how to run an office... Maybe i shouldn't blame the front receptionist or the rest of the staff for the bad treatment.. I mean how can I when I clearly saw that women "MANAGER' treat then like crap.. I heard her all the way to the room i was in, how she talks to them and others..Dr. Mecum you need to fire her and rescue your practice from being ruined.

No issues with the doctor. However, the person who handles billing for this office is going to have a lot to explain/answer when I call on Monday. I just now received a final notice statement, which also happens to be the first and only statement I've received. Further review of this statement shows an error on their part stating that I've either overpaid my co-payment (in office), dreadful data entry by employees, or appalling and inadequate medical billers. If someone is going to threaten to send my account to corrections, they better not have shown any error on their part. Get it together!!!
