I don't know, is it possible to give a place "0" stars? If so, I would do that here.

I went in with my mother yesterday, on a whim, to have the gel coat put on my fingers and a simple pedicure. I'm going to a wedding today and wanted my nails to look uniform and nice. Well, my cuticle area on my fingers still hurts and is all scraped up from the mechanical files this woman used. When I told her I would take care of one of the nails at home she kept insisting that she would take care of it. I had to tell her several times and actually pull my finger away twice! That is NOT good service.

My mother and I left there about 5:40 and by this morning at 9 TWO of the nails are already broken. They didn't even last 16 hours!!! Now I've got the wedding at 3 and it's 9:30... I have a meeting I have to go to and now I have to find the time to get my two nails fixed.

$40 dollars for both hands and feet, I thought, was a good deal.... the cliche "you get what you pay for" certainly applies here.

OH, if you're like me, you're probably getting pretty sick of not understanding the employees of places like these. Seriously... learn English folks! I'm going to make a point of sticking to places like Best Little Hair House in La Habra or my friend's company Beaute Camp! Good old American, English-speaking women!
