Our water heater went out on Christmas Eve. With plumbing supply stores closed, a repair was not likely to happen. Even still, Mark said he would check his supply for possible parts and could meet on Christmas day. We thanked him for that offer but agreed getting parts on the 26th would be fine. Mark called from the plumbing store to double check model and serial number on our heater and showed up shortly after. He replaced the faulty gas valve and we had a functioning heater again!

Great at first but terrible with follow up. Does not return calls. Very frustrating!!!!! I was left with unfinished work with no return call after 7 phone calls.

used this company for the first time due to a recommendation from Nortiz..I call Noritz to recommend a plumber that was certified by them and Mark A from sundial was one of them who was recommend and it is one of the worse service i ever received. for the past month i have been calling him to finish some work he started and he is not answering any calls nor returning any. I paid him 550.00 dollar to do a job that he may have cause some of the problem. I will not recommend this company to anyone..and, yes, i am upset, because i have made several call and he deliberating not calling back for over 1 month to finish what he have started. it is not fair that i pay another plumber to do the job i paid him for.

We had just come home from a camping trip and found the tile floor stained and water dripping from a heating/cooling vent in the ceiling. We went into panic mode - luckily a friend had work done by Mark and recommended him.



My call caught him close to my house. He came over and did the job within an hour or two. Not saying that you can get that type of service every time as someone that does that kind of thing is going to stay busy doing quality work, but that shows who you are dealing with.



I would definitely use Mark again for any plumbing work I need done.
