Usually mortuary isn't a place worth reviewing but my experience with Rose Hills was exceptional. The consultant understands our needs especially at the time of sorrow. They really took care of everything. I did research before on how to save money for mortuary like buying your own coffin from Costco etc. However, when the time comes, there isn't much time to do shop around. So many things to handle and I was so glad that my consultant gave us a great package with reasonable price so we didn't have to worry. Besides, the office gives you a warm feeling. It has decorations that are very welcoming. The viewing room was decent in size to hold 50 guests. The staffs helped set up everything. On funeral day, the director managed everything so well that we felt so comforting. After all, it is the last journey for my father and we were really glad that we chose Rose Hills.
